Outstanding / Fantastic / Great / a real pleasure shopping here as always. That's why I've been a customer since 2007!

Nice sites, easy to use, the integrated cart is interesting but the search capability isn't universal across all of them so you have to go site to site for specifics, but otherwise nice for my first visit and purchase!

On Order #: 33775017 - I was shipped a defective bulb RO-Par20-7W --- the bulb is burnt out. I paid 19.99 for 2 bulbs - No sense in me asking for a return order for one bulb.......it would cost me half of its worth for shipping. I am re-ordering on this Order #: 33781430 - PLEASE make sure your merchandise is new and usable. Thank You J Campagna

The only issue I have is that when I print the receipt from this page, it does not mention the company name.

Jessie I, Ontario, 24 novembre, 2016

I enjoyed shopping here!

Just to let you know, when you give suggestions of what else to purchase, i.e. label maker, + ribbon+ ribbons and you select add to cart, it shows it is processing but it does not add to cart. It is in a frozen mode. Thought you would like to know.

R. St-Pierre

Very convenient - and cheaper - way to stock up on ink. Only had one failure of an ink cartridge in several years.
