Live chat is very helpful...... Just a comment... You should have a place to tick off "Pick-up" at your Lachine warehouse... It would avoid time with Live chat or phone calls... ...Thanks for the great service & great ink refills. regards..Richard Bursey, Montreal

SITE INTERNET MAL ADAPTE AU TABLETTE ! DOMMAGE (PROBLEME AVEC LES BOUTONS, PRINCIPALEMENT)

Sylvain L, Quebec, 15 novembre, 2016

Generally speaking, my experience has been very good... however, the last order for ink cartridges I made contained a dud... I tried re-installing, removing & shaking, cleaning the head with alcohol swab... nothing worked. Each time I did any of those things the printer went through the whole alignment process again.... a total pain in the, you know. I know I should have kept the defective cartridge and sent it to you, but I threw it away through frustration. I've not had that problem before, and will continue to use both your ink cartridge and electronic cables services. Despite that one glitch, I still like your services.

Thank you to the person who helped me on live chat last night. Just wish I had the CSR's name. So glad to see a Canadian company I can purchase items at a very reasonable cost. Hope you grow bigger. have a great day Cris
