Hi I've just ordered original ink for my dads HP envy 7640 printer after 3 remanufactured cartridges from your company failed to work. I've talked to Ameer, Veronica and finally Crystal in customer service after not being successful with any of the three remanufactured cartridges. The printer identifies the cartridges as having been protected for use by only the printer that originally used them? It identifies the ink as having been depleted or counterfeit. A return label is going to be sent to me which I will pass on to him for order #'s 336590012 and 33658284 to return for a refund. I’ve gone ahead and purchased now before the refund as his ink is out. Mike bildstein

I called to find out if there was a cartridge compatible for brother 560. Both customer service live chat and sales said there was nothing. When I researched it, yes PC401 is compatible with brother 560.. When we removed cartridge it was confirmed as I had a PC401 on it as well. The sales should know more aware of the products sold. If I did not do my research,,, I would have bought it fm another supplier, when you already had it. Thanks
