Hello, I am having to re-order a toner cartridge - We have an OEM Compatable Lexmark T-640 21 K cartridge that was manufactured on June 29 2016. The metal roller is stained/worn on the left side and does not print very well on the left quarter of the page - we are a pharmacy which has our labels print out on that side resulting in poor print quality Thank you, Chad

Jacqueslacassette j lortie L, Quebec, 19 août, 2016

I'm sorry to say, that I am disappointment today. I learned that there is NOW a shipping charge for re-sellers. I have been a long time frequent re-seller, ordering 2 - 3 times per month, some small orders some large orders, and have always looked forward to the FREE shipping. The big disappointment comes from the fact that I was NOT made aware of this change. Thank you, Robert Feldman / Newmarket Computer Technologies 905 *** **** ***@newcomtech.ca
