coupons not working for me. Even a coupon that was sent to me through a chat did not work. On the positive side, I was offered a store credit equal to the coupon. My biggest issue is that the original code I applied DID work until I went to complete the payment and then mysteriously disappeared. Luckily I noticed before completing the transaction. However, when I went to reapply it, I got a message that it was for new customers only (not indicated on the website!) Misleading and almost cost me extra money. Poor business practice.
