Website is great. Shipping times seem to have increased quite a bit. It used to be one to two days. Now it says 6 to 8. I guess I'll see if it actually takes that long or not and decide from there whether to order again.

Recently I placed an order for a toner cartridge which didn't fit. I contacted your company and explained the problem and the correct cartridge was sent out. This cartridge is in one of two Brother laser printers we have in our computer lab. This occurred during the time that Canada Post was talking strike. In the mean time my BMO Mastercard for online purchases was compromised, so I can't even check if I was refunded the money for that first purchase, nor did I receive an email with postage to return the wrong toner cartridge.
