The website is clear and easy to use. I struggle to understand which are the right alternatives from the originals.

Last order I've submit, i found the shipping was fast and my products ordered was pretty good (Toner cartridge/ drum for my printer).

Louise P, Quebec, 13 juillet, 2016

My order total amount should be $60.55 and NOT $70.53, seems like the system recalculated at 8:59PM or 9:00PM Pacific Time. Can you please credit me back the $9.98 difference to my credit card? The Prime712 discount should have counted as I was placing my order before the deadline, needed to reset my account password which took some time. Thanks in advance, Pedro.
