Ordered the wrong item recently and can not believe how the agent on the phone promptly sent me a shipping label and explained about the minimum restocking fee and the no refund on the opened item, which I now have found a new owner for. I promptly ordered the correct item from them (at least I hope it is correct). Thank-you, Thank-you

I've been shopping with you for several years (mostly happy). I recently had 2 cartridges that jammed (loud grinding noise) and had to be replaced. Unfortunately 2 years ago I had the same issue and replaced my printer thinking that was the problem. I had 7 cartridges for that printer that I also had to throw away.
