It took me a long time to find "My Account" profile. It's hidden quite well.

I was looking for a larger compatible black cartridge for my Epson NX300 - T068... I was only able to find the smaller compatable T069.

Not always happy with my order, especially when a bran new ink cartridge is rejected by my printer, there for needing to order a new one. (yellow) Generally I am pleased with everything.

It didn't allow me to use the $5 off end of month coupon and I'm not sure why because my base price before tax was over $65 but besides that, all good.

Amy R, Ontario, 30 mai, 2016

We really appreciate the speed with which you deliver, as well as the great prices. It's nice to have a choice of Brand Name or 'Compatible With' too. Like the new points system as well. Thank you!

Barry A, Ontario, 30 mai, 2016

My prepaid card has been refused.

Ginette L, Quebec, 30 mai, 2016

Don't like the fact that you had my credit card numbers stored in this website since I placed my last order....I believe almost a year ago. Do not save them. Next order I place if they are still stored in your system.....I WILL NOT BE USING YOUR COMPANY ANYMORE!!!!! I have had my numbers stolen before....and it is because of companies like you that keep them on file.....WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. #1...NOT GOOD!!!!!

Carolyn B, Saskatchewan, 29 mai, 2016

Annoyed that I was now eligible for the over $65.00 order discount of $5.00. Don't ever again send me, A Valued Customer, notation again please.
