Coupon shows as being applied but not credited on payment which makes things confusing. Also I wanted to adjust my order plus and minus but your system was too awkward and no selection offered. Your MAY12 COUPON IS DECEIVING . WHAT EXACTLY ARE YOU DISCOUNTING IT IS NOT CLEAR. I HAD AN ORDER OVER $100 AND DISCOUNT WAS DISALLOWED WHEN GOING THROUGH THE PAYMENT PROCESS WHY DID IT LEAVE THE DISOUNT ON THE FIRST SHEET AND NOT THE PAYMENT. IT SHOULD UPDATE IMMEDIATELY WITH CHOICE OF PRORDUCT TO WHICH THE DISCOUNT APPLIES. EXPLAIN WHY YOU DO NOT GIVE DISCOUNT BY IDENTIFYING CLEARLY SO CLIENT KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON.

Makes me uncomfortable that your Paypal method of paying simply goes to a blank page. I would have felt safer using Paypal than my credit card. This is for me a trial run to see how your product is and also how the transaction goes. Juries out but I am feeling cautiously hopeful that all is above board and that I can order from your company again.
