super easy checkout service

Carolyn W, British Columbia, 20 avril, 2016

Pros : Good service, resolved my login issue via phone call by removing old email account login. Appreciated that you agreed to split up my order and send me the toner first as I need it within 1 week with printer to ship out separately later. Cons : Disappointed that there was only a 10% discount offered when I am purchasing over $110 of goods from you. I expected a greater discount on that amount of order.

Very pleasant to deal with. All questions answered by live chat (Jasmine) to my satisfaction. Good paypal experience. Very pleased with "shop in Canadian dollars-pay through paypal in Canadian dollars as invoiced.

The online stuff is fine but the shipping was better before. I used to get my products quite quickly. Now it's a whole week before I see anything. I used 123inkcartridges because of their speed. Price too, but also speed.
