I have to ask: WHY? It's disconcerting for a user to be giving over confidential financial information, and then suddenly find that one is on the website of a previously unheard-of company. Yes, I see from the header that ShopperPlus is (supposedly) connected to 123InkCartidges. But it would be a LOT more user friendly to simply stay on the original website. It's not as if consumers are going to start promoting ShopperPlus on social media, for goodness sake.

Vous avez de bons produits à bon prix, mais je suis très déçu de la qualité du français dans votre site. Il est évident que les pages du site sont traduites en français par un logiciel pas trop intelligent. Si c"est une personne qui fait la traduction, vous auriez intérêt à la remplacer. You seem to have a long-standing problem stocking some non-OEM Canon inkjet cartridges. Maybe you need to look into fixing that. Or people will look for alternatives somewhere else.

I called in to enquire about your company and the particular product I was wanting to order. The Customer Service rep that I got, I am sorry to say, was completely useless. She was not able or wanting to answer my specific questions about original product and compatible product. I was wanting some guidance about problems with compatible product and all she offered was that problems do arise and there are ways to deal with them - but she couldn't elaborate. When I asked to speak to another rep she told me that she was the customer service person and could answer my questions. She never did, nor would she give me her name. Poor representation of your company. However, I did place an order - my first - on the word of other customers and your prices, so am trusting that it represents the start of a good business relationship. Have a great day!
