I had a slight problem understanding just how to apply a credit reward. A quick call to your help desk and the young lady quickly explained the correct procedure required to apply that credit. Order entered okay, I will look forward to receiving my cartridges with a week or so. Keep up the good work. ***@sympatico.ca

I'm satisfied with pricing and shipping but my last 3 of C250XL catridges stopped after only 2/3 usage.

I could not figure out how to apply my Discount (ESCable10) to my order. Every time I went to the next step in the order I thought I would eventually get my chance to apply my discount code. I ended up finalizing the deal with out my discount . Your help phone number says 24 hour service but no one answers the phone. I am very disappointed with everything. If I don't get my discount then I will cancel my order. I expect someone to call me back at 514 *** **** (larry)

Happy with products. Wish I could have had feedback re the questions I had submitted in a more timely manner in order to assist with the purchase. I am ordering now with incomplete information while the sale is still on. One product I was considering is already no longer on sale apparently.
