The remanufacturate catridges doesn't work with my printer!! I bought for more than 200$ of ink and the 3/4 doesn't work... So, I have to return to the original and I not able to use what I bought!!

Service has always been top notch! The first time I ever used you about 6 years ago, I received my toner in rural Ontario before the charge had even hit my credit card!! I am used to this level of speed when I order thing from the US, but for Canada, you service stands out! Cheers

Cedric D, Ontario, 29 mars, 2016

I emailed your company about ten days ago concerning a damaged cartridge and never received an answer. I hope you will replace that non working HP61XL remanufactured cartridge i wrote about.

Paul L, Ontario, 29 mars, 2016

I had to do this twice because the initial order was cancelled without my permission, and i urgently need to be able to access my computer so delaying the process another day is a pretty big deal.

Anita D, Alberta, 29 mars, 2016
