I've used your Company several times. Always great service and fast delivery. Question: how do you prevent freezing of inks during winter delivery? If I could have been reassured that the ink would not freeze I would have bought from you versus a bricks and mortar store.

had trouble changing my email in the account info. i can no longer access the ***@merrickvilleforum.ca account. when i tried to change it, it sent confirmation to that old address! new email addy is ***@gmail.com. if someone could update this info, that would be much appreciated.
