I had a problem placing an order, but after contacting you by phone it was sorted out quickly, efficiently, and perfectly, as the lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Your prices are always good, and although it is possible to buy some items slightly cheaper direct from China, it is good to deal with a Canadian company for a slight premium.

ordered cartridge... went to checkout...wanted me to login...wouldn't accept my password (has always been the same)...got a password re-set....logged in....my order was gone...had to go through whole process of finding cartridge and FINALLY got order placed.
