trying to change (ie remove) a product from the checkout seems to be not possible. I made a mistake and had to re-enter the whole order. Is there a way to correct this? thanks.

Service is good, (4.5) quality has been a problem lately (2 or 3). The turn-around time for you to receive and credit the defective cartridges is much slower than the shipping out time, which is great. But with so many defective cartridges - 3 in a row now - it is getting to be a hassle that might not be worth the savings. If I was a new customer I might not stay with you,

The update of the existing addresses is not obvious. Could not delete old ones.

The genuine cartridges work awesome, but I have had issues with the refilled cartridges. I will try ordering them again with my new printer to see if there is an improvement. Otherwise, I love your quick service.
