thank you .

I like the way you have set up the website so when I go into my account, I already know what I need to buy. This way I don't have to be searching for exactly what ink I need. Your shipping is always been so quickly and I appreciate that ! Also...other members of my family have used your company to buy their printer ink for a few years now and everyone is happy with your company and product. I always refer you to anyone who is in need of printer ink ! Thanks for your great service...I know it's only ink but I still like the way you do business :)

Will not accept the credit card I want to use. Nothing wrong with the card and when I put in the information tells me there is something wrong. Use this card everywhere and I get points for this card. Very disappointed that it will not accept it. Happened last time I tried to order also. Also I am concerned with the product. My last order I had 3 cartridges that would not work in my printer. One told me it was the wrong colour and it was black, no colour. The other 2 just would not work the printer kept telling me to remove cartridge and try again. I hope this order I do not have the same problems as I as giving it another try as I like your product. I would like to have a phone number so I could speak to someone regarding this matter. Thank you
