It would not accept my email address with the ext .ca Many email addresses only have 2 letters. It rejected me with only 2, so I substituted .ca for .org. Which is not my correct email address. Can you fix this in your software? ...Susan Kitchen

I had to update my account because I had moved and could not remember my password. I called online support. The phone connection was bad, so I called back. The connection was still bad so i thanked the person I was speaking with and hung up. About 3 minutes later the online CRA called me and updated my information so that i could place my order. That is fantastic service.

When reviewing the order during checkout, it is impossible to view the cart. We can only see a truncated description. I solved that by opening another tab and go in my cart to make sure my items were the good ones. Otherwise, it is very simple and fast.
