Very fast shipping. Took only 4 days to arrive from when ordered. Wall mount looks great, got one for the basement rec room, now purchasing a second one to mount the other tv upstairs in the family room. Great product, solid bolts that come with it. Very simple instructions to follow. One thing you may want is someone to help lift tv to mount just in case if you aren't able to handle it. Unless you want to drop your tv. but don't take my word for it.

Unusual to have problems as it was tough today as there was no recognition of my password and some confusion over my login. It finally corrected after 3 attempts. I also could no figure the coupon offers but in the end guessed my order was too small

Laurence M, Ontario, 21 janvier, 2016

Always very good even if there's a problem with the product. Great service overall.
