I was a bit apprehensive ordering on line through a company I had never used but after speaking to your customer service agent all my questions were answered and I look forward to doing business with your company now and in the future. Thank you.

Fast, home delivery option--exactly what I need. First time I order a re-manufactured ink cartridge--should be a great option as I only print occasionally and the ink dries up.

So far everytime I have tried to use a discount code that is advertised it does not work or is rejected. Why offer the codes if it fails 100% of the time. It is misleading and actually annoying even though I still purchased the items.
