Cynthia K, Quebec, 09 décembre, 2015

Easy to find items - great prices on name brand products.

David C, New Brunswick, 09 décembre, 2015

I was uncertain due to the fact that apparently the transaction was not made via a secure ssl-connection.

Henning D, Quebec, 09 décembre, 2015

This is my 4th attempt at placing this order. There was a problem with the commerce site. Live chat couldn't help told me to call in my order. I did, Waited and waited and waited on the phone before giving up. Tried live chat again at a later time agent had a person call my phone to place the order which happened right away, then put me on hold before for quite some time, before I hung up again. So far my first experience has been a little less desirable. I went from very excited in finding your Canadian site to I should just go to my local computer supplier. Lets see how prompt the order is in being fulfilled before I decide to have a final judgement.

Jacques G, Quebec, 09 décembre, 2015

I am concerned about the increase in the cost of the MLT-D101s cartridge. Same item from Zoomtoner in Toronto is 2 for $55. Why is yours double the price?

Ronald E G, Ontario, 09 décembre, 2015

Wee problem with one of your re-man'd cartridges from the last order. CB-323WN, leaked inside the package. I can send you a picture if you want. If you would like to send a replacement you can use order #33401717, just placed to save shipping. Other than that, your biz has always been my go-to for ink and other goodies. Merry Festivities! Love dealing with your company. Occasionally I get a product that doesn't work but all in all the prices are great and so are the products! Thanks for being you! ;)
