Interforce Security T, Ontario, 20 novembre, 2015

Too many pop up ads. Hard to see what you need and proceed to buy

Paulo M, British Columbia, 20 novembre, 2015

always great service

Kamlesh G, Ontario, 20 novembre, 2015

I put in a coupon code - and it was accepted - but did not seem to get the 10% reduction it claimed to give

Marilyn T, Ontario, 20 novembre, 2015

Easy transaction. Very happy with your service.

JG D, Quebec, 20 novembre, 2015

Fast shipping and great prices on ink cartridges

John D, Ontario, 20 novembre, 2015

1. Wait time to get a live chat is over 3 minutes - poor 2. Called to cancel my previous Order #: 33374587 which hasn't shipped, but was told the order has been processed and cannot be cancelled. Very inflexible as there should be a Cancel button in the order. 3. Asked to waive shipping on next order but couldn't get the credit directly applied to the order. - Very poor and inflexible processing Would be very very hesitant to make future order due to so many troubles I had.

Matthew C, Ontario, 20 novembre, 2015

Put in coupon code and it said it was accepted but nothing taken off final amount owing.

Henry M, Ontario, 19 novembre, 2015

shipping has become very slow it use to be delivery within 48 hours now it is up to 2 weeks since you went over to the shopper plus, why can it not be back as it was or may change the delivery from Canada post to UPS. I am seriously thinking of changing my supplier sincerly Jo Pronger a long time customer
