The way that the site navigates you away from the page that you were previously on when you purchase something in order to update your cart is kind of annoying, as was the fact that clicking on any deals opened up a new window. Prices are good and so are descriptions, but site navigation could be much improved.

I am a repeat customer for printer inks because I always receive what I was expecting - no surprises. I also stick to the OEM inks, because they perform as expected and will no damage the print head nozzles - quite a bit more expensive, though.

Early on a choice was available "to bind" with another account. I have no idea what is meant by "binding". Then for some reason Amex does not follow other cards with the location of their security number, so I gave the one on the back which was incorrect. May I suggest you state on your page where to find the code.
