Frustrating because I kept getting the notice to "add to cart" and the items ordered kept multiplying. I had difficulty in getting it changed to the amount I wanted, and to the final summary of the order.

John C, Manitoba, 21 octobre, 2015

The on line shopping service was fine but when I called the 1-866 number (that the site suggested was my best help option) I waited 10 minutes and got cut off and then waited another 5 until I gave up. On line chat worked well in the end.
