I have shopped with you for 2 years now... I have to say that you have an excellent company. Your website is easy to navigate and you deliver quicker than any order I have placed with anybody. The price of the cartridges I get are about 1/10 of the price and therefore a tremendous savings. I also have never had a problem with those cartridges. I commend you because to order from you is easy , safe and great value... Truly one of the best online order Canadian company I have ever dealt with.

Bravo!! After searching hard for ink replacements for an older printer I happened on your site through a Google search. Noting this was a Quebec based company, with access to generic replacements for my printer, I put in an order for 15 cartridges on September 21. I received them in the mail today, September 25. Everything was received, as ordered and in perfect condition. As a former Montrealer, it is great to see your company doing well. Thank you again. You have gained my respect and me as a go forward customer.

Those of us that have received speedy service and have saved over a hundred dollars compared to staples, are only too willing to help you gain a foothold and survive against the big boys. I will personally endeavor to assist your survival as I cannot afford the price of 5 cartridges times 30 dollars. Nuff Said! Excelsior. Companies like yours can beat the odds and become the standard. Remember Google? I wish I could work for a company like yours (again), and build an empire (again): sitting ducks, they are, against real competition.

I ordered a cartridge on monday afternoon and tuesday picked it up at the Angrignon metro on my way downtown. Later I installed the cartridge and printing is just fine. I am very impressed and wish to thank you for such excellent service. John

I have been a customer since 2009 and LOVE it! In those years I have only had one time I had to call about a missing cartridge. I sent an email on Monday morning and received my missing cartridge Thursday morning in the same week! I have placed regular orders a Monday morning and received my order Wednesday morning! Never got the chance to say thank you from a month ago. I placed an "Urgent" order at about 2pm on Thursday, and it delivered to us early Friday morning! I don't know to what the older website look, but this new one look great to me. The navigation is fluid and instinctive. The colors are good.The thing i like the most, same it's not perfect for the moment, it's the fact you have a french version of your website. Its really rare. Usually, only large retailers have that. Only for that, i will think more seriously to you for my future purchases. :)
