I can always find what I need for our somewhat dated laser printer!

Very hard to work around this cite.

Website is pretty user friendly. Prices are great. I did buy a color cartridge that I just put in my printer in the past 2 months and it's already out. Not sure why?

I don't want to answer, but the experience is quite good. I don't know how I got 2 ESC-PG240XL in my cupboard though!

Your online store wouldn't let my buy the toner, it just kept making me sign in over and over again.

Jocelyne C, Quebec, 14 juillet, 2026

facile et bon service

Laurent V, Quebec, 13 juillet, 2026

After filling my cart, I paused for a day or two while I checked my supplies to ensure I had ordered everything I needed. Realized I needed to add a box of staples, but could find no 'button" on my order summary to allow me to "continue shopping". Finally managed to add the staples, but then could find no instruction as to how to take advantage of the many "S-Points" I had previously accumulated. Frustrating, but I placed the order anyway as I like your products and your prices, but your online ordering software could use a little work.
