Ink arrived even sooner than expected...terrific service!

I always liked G&G inks - affordable price, no nozzle clogging and always pleasant colors. However, I recently received a "refilled" ink cartridge packaged in a bigger size box and genuine-like enclosure: this cartridge gives "Replace Ink Cartridge" error when printing. Tested on two different 9880 printers - same error message. If you received these refilled cartridges and worked on your machine,, or if you know how to make them work, please reply. Then, I will delete this review.

This is the second set I have purchased and the ink quality is not consistent with the last set so a lot of time was spent retesting before making final prints. Also, before I ordered the second set I called customer service to see if the problem with the chips not registering the ink volume had been fixed and I was assured that it was. They don't. Needless to say I was ticked off!
