This tens machine is beautiful, easy to operate and small enough to sit nicely on the neck. Not as powerful as other tens machine, as well not as effective as I anticipated. Included 2 packs, both are gel pads (thought I read somewhere there's a black pack). Gel pads didn't stay very well.

Speedy delivery. compact product. Haven't had a chance to try it as yet. Would of liked the Infared heating feature option if available at this price range.
