It is a good quality knife, very sharp, so needs to be used very carefully at least initially and then slowly the sharpness becomes little less but stays that way for long. Only one observation I have is, it is very difficult to cut straight vertically, because, the cutting edge is little slanted towards left and the knife automatically goes towards left as you cut.

Nice and light and the handles are not huge and gaugy like some steak knives. Some may want more of a pointed tip, but the rounded end works for me.
