A good quality product with a deal-breaker flaw. Contrary to what is shown on Shopper+'s website pictures, this holder is way too short to accommodate a regular roll of paper towels. Its central column measures 26.6 cm, indicated as 26.5 cm on website, but a towel roll is 28.1 cm. Only good for holding two rolls of toilet paper one on top of the other.

The towels are higher than the holder therefore I am returning it.

It looks nice, but it is too short for a regular paper towel. The top can't be put on and the paper roll cannot turn. It's totally useless.
