A rare bad experience for us with an item bought from Shopper+. Got around to installing this bidet, and unfortunately, it didn’t work well. It seems to have faulty nozzles. The setting to the left as well as right of ‘OFF’ - each does not work. The water spray just goes down (vertically) as can be seen in the pictures. The settings on the ends for frontal and rear wash work (so, only two out of four settings worked) and they are so sharp that they are almost painful. That’s the best I can describe our experience. We have bought many other items from Shopper+, none as ineffective and disappointing as this one.
