My inkjet broke. I bought this affordable laser printer Pantum. Easy setup. Quick wifi connection. So far, I'm please with my purchase.

Pas de manuel d'instructions en français sauf en ligne. Belle qualité d'impression, menu de l'appareil en français, c'est un gros plus. Très satisfait de manière générale.

After printing less than 100 pages - the printer now displays a message that the Cyan cartridge is not installed. It was a cheap printer and seemed to work well for the short time it did work. I guess its true you get what you pay for. I was hoping it would work out and we could replace our HP printers with this brand

Je tiens à préciser que le service est toujours impeccable, courtois et rapide, tant qu’au produit c’est moins satisfaisant, j’ai eu beaucoup de difficultés à trouver les instructions en français, il y’a constamment un bourrage de papier et elle est assez bruyante ce qui était spécifié le contraire.
