Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry assembly wasn't as smooth as expected. This rack is designed for quick screwdriver assembly — a helpful tip is to slide the small round tubes onto the metal rods first, then insert them through the mesh panels; this makes the process much easier. If you're still having trouble, please reach out to our customer support team and we'll be happy to guide you through it. We appreciate your purchase and hope you enjoy the sturdy, space-saving design once it's set up!
