The products work well. My issue is that when I went to reset the Drum statistics, I lost the wifi parameters in this printer. Since this is an old printer (10+ years), I had to find an install app for this printer, then attach it to my desktop machine, then re-install the software (current software does not support this printer model). Then I had to reconfigure the wifi printer parameters, my router and etc. I took about 8 hours to get the printer working again.

It took a while to get here (about 4-5 days longer than expected), but the unit was easy to assemble, and appears to be solid (able to hold 2 head sets). I was not sure about the ability to hold only 1 head-set, I thought it might tip over, but it didn't. I does what it is supposed to.

Can't complain about them (only installed 3, about 3 days ago). The don't flicker, and provide adequate light.

Works OK. Only issue I have is that the USB ports are on the bottom of the unit, which makes it difficult for me to connect devices (because of a back back). The wall outlets are near the floor.
