I have purchased this product many times from you. Sometimes certain ink will not be used for a few months. I can y truthfully, that I have never experienced a problem. thank You Regarding the extra black that I had to purchase to make the Free Shipping. I have never seen you charge $ 16.00 plus change for one ink. I was Shocked, , if I had to pay that much for all colours, I would purchase from someone else. You caught me in a jam and I was not prepared for it. Your “ Sorrys “ go straight away, mean nothing. It' my Money, believe me I am going to look at fifernt Sources .Fred Bosko, fjbosko@shaw.ca

This product previously worked in my Epson WF2650 printer. However I was recently forced into an Epson update and when I installed this time it came up as "non OEM" and would not complete the installation. I persisted by reinstalling the cartridges a couple of times and to my surprise and delight, it finally accepted them … So, if at first you don't succeed … Having said that, it was a bit messy as some ink squirted out when I pulled the tab on the yellow cartridge (which fortunately did not happen with the black)
