Ordered the four pack. Received two yellow and no pink. Will keep the yellow and order pink later. First time this has happened.

I always purchase Moustache compatible laser toners and are pretty happy with them, this is first time I purchased ink cartridges for my colleague for his Epson WF2750 printer at home for remote work, but unfortunately this ink cartridges does not work at all, it seems the ink is totally dried out, it prints either blank page or some really faded documents, so he ended up purchased genuine ink cartridges, I tried to return the inks but got hit with 20% restock fee because I'm unable to go through the troubleshoot with support due to my colleague already sent all the ink cartridges back to me for return which I'm not going send them back to him for troubleshoot. This black ink is not open and returned alone with other ink cartridge combo packs which all colours are not working.
