I appreciate the prompt service. I installed the cartridge without difficulty and this was into a previously purchased new drum assembly. I change the chip without difficulty. I do wonder whether it was working though because I wasn’t able to reset the counter following the instructions available. But as far as the actual toner cartridge is concerned it is excellent and I would highly recommend it. In the future I might splurge and get a new cartridge with a chip just in case they do wear out or become dysfunctional.

This was my first replacement cartridge for this new printer, after the original starter one ran out. I've purchased Moustache brand toner for my previous printers and never had any issues. This is the first time I had to deal with the chip/no-chip decision, so after reading the write-up, I decided to get the no-chip cartridge to save some money. The instructions for moving the chip from starter cartridge was perfect so I'll do the same thing again.

Perfect! Just remember that you need tou Granger the chip of your old toner to these new one.
