This toner is defective as doesn't print clearly and alot of white spots on the pages. Hopefully they refund this toner as their product has always been great to date except for this item.

Défectueux et on est rendu à plusieurs semaines pour un remboursement de 23.99, vraiment un manque de professionnalisme. Si votre clientèle n’as plus d’importance pour vous c’est le moyen idéal pour les renvoyer sur Amazon.

Ça marche pas avec l’imprimante

I followed the directions exactly and put the chip from my original toner cartridge into the Moustache cartridge but my printer would not recognize the replacement cartridge and will not print.
