Ordered the chair Dec 24 and received it today Jan, considering the holidays not bad. After landing a hybrid job I had to chair shop. After deciding against an executive chair as every single one I found spanning the entirety of the Canadian online market had reviews describing 2 issues: the leather material peels and cracks and the plush cushion typically flattens. I went to staples and tried everything there. Almost all executive chairs I viewed had peeling and cracked leather. Most of the chairs had bad reviews online. The gaming chairs were too stiff and limited in adjustments. Thr executive chairs showed signs of wear, cost too much and/or lacked adjustments. The ergonomic chairs there felt spindly, breakable and cheap. Costco's options were no better. Amazon, lots to choose from but the considerable ones were not on sale. I looked at every option. Read every review. I found one which seemed good. I ordered it and discovered it's absolute dimensional stupidity. Unlike with what you can see in the attached image, the amazon chair I bough had its headrest maxed and the top of it barely reached my neck. The cushion simultaneously reached to the back of my calves barely allowing my feet to sit flat and making it impossible for me to swing my legs back and rest them in thr wheels frame. With any rock back, my feet dangled. I'm 5'11". With mostly average phisiological proportions. With that fail, I was able to better recognize what to seek. With this chair, if you are over 6'1" I don't know if the headrest will position well enough. Your head might sit too high for its max setting. At 5'11" max setting its sits very nicely. Sadly it does not extend forward so only usable if you lean your head back a bit. It's made of a very nice material as well, kind of like a jersey knit/Terry cloth blend. Soft on skin. One feature not mentioned in prod desc is the flat tops over the wheels. Perfect for resting your feet on. The seat cusion has acceptable compression and feels firm enough to feel confident it won't degrade and flatten. It's dense but still relieves your sit bones. The chair came basically pre built in a large cube box. It required a grand total of TWO screws and an Allan key for install and took five mins to build. It's heavy and sturdy, looks and feels quality other than the wheels and wheels base. Those feel pretty cheap and plasticy. I really enjoy the intermittent lean back angles. It has 4 angles which is actually nicer to have than a rock and lock system. This gives you more freedom to lean and sit forwards without needing to commit to one angle. The adjustable arm rests are awesome however my only complaints here are that the resistance for adjustment is too minimal. It's easy to adjust by accident when pulling the seat toward you from behind. I also don't find the material comfy at all. It's a slightly compressible harder plastic. Having all adjustment options on an arm chair is more luxurious than I expected though. It makes a difference. The max height they sit at are high enough for me but anything below feels too low. Would have been nicer for a notch or 2 higher. The slide forward and back seat adjustments didn't make sense to me conceptually until I tried it. It allows you to find a better lean/posture/lumbar pressure ratio. Which btw, the lumbar extension feels nice and firm. It's not lacking. It's present. It's not too much. I like lumbar and usually max it out in vehicles I drive. Compared to what else is on the market, this is priced well Imo! It looks great too.

High Quality Chair with seat cushion that has not flattened over 4 month with 4-5 hours of daily sitting. The ergonomic is very adjustable and comfortable to use. 5 thing to be aware. 1) Lack of tilt lock 2) Maximum tilt is slightly less than other chairs. 3) Can accidentally slide the arm rest horizontal position 4) Larger arm rest make it difficult to add optional fabric padded arm rest covers 5) Come half pre built out of the box but heavy due to the metal frames. Overall, would buy this chair or similar chair again just solely because the seat cushion didn’t flattened like my previous chairs.
