It was a great experience except for the fact that I had to change my password. After changing my password everything went along very well. I expect that my printer cartridges will be delivered as indicated on my order. This would then complete my great experience.

Robert P, Ontario, 07 août, 2017

I had an issue with the wrong size of cartridge and you folks were very considerate in handling the problem. As I said, I am happy using 123 - in fact, I'm spoiled; have a hard time paying $17 for the same product at Staples!!

Jan S, Ontario, 07 août, 2017

I just saw that you guys are shopper otherwise I would have never bought this toner from you. Last 2 tonners I ordered did not print even 210 pages together. 2100 is dream.

Muhammad T, Alberta, 07 août, 2017

The process of checking out is tedious. Once the payment is made and info is OK, the order should be processed. Instead, I have to wait I don't know for what. I had to cancel my orders in the past. Make it simple. Please!

Syed S, Ontario, 06 août, 2017
