Témoignages | Shopper Plus

I had trouble accessing my cart for checkout, and when I called, it hung up on me twice. I appreciate that the system called me back - though I couldn't hear anything on the phone. The 'live help' person was helpful, suggesting some solutions and offering to place the order for me, and his/her suggestion of logging out and then in again solved the problem. I was able to place my order using the website after that. I have always found the products, shipping and service to be top-quality, and I love that I'm shopping at a Canadian company. I will definitely be back.

Good and straight forward. Really nice on the "smart address guessing" thing. The only downside is UI is somewhat old but really minor.

Seldom does any company deserve "fantastic" as a rating but you people are keeping a #1 ink quality standard for the last 12 yrs with me & my company. Thank you.

Shipping is usually what kills it. But free shipping, it is just awesome! If there is any free pickup option for retail front (in Richmond, BC where I believe you are located), that would also be great.

Pour cette première étape. tout est correcte
