There is so much nonsense interfering with the continuation of the process. My screen is 17" wide and I had to move the visable portion from right to left continually to see where to go next. Very painful and stressing. I have used the telephone to place my orders in the past and have always had success. I had an emergency and decided to try this method in order to use this coupon Victoria20 which concludes today. Not a happy camper.

123 Inks should have a box/place to check for warehouse pick-ups... It would save time not having to call every time an order is placed on line... I'm sure a lot of customers do warehouse pick-ups also... Just a thought.. regards... Richard Bursey Montreal.....

I am ordering this bcause my last cyan toner purchased from you leaks onto transfer belt causing blue (cyan) smudges on all my reports. Started with slight discoloration, hardly noticeable, and now makes reports almost unreadable.
