Excellent online shopping system. Easy to find the adapters I wanted. However, I neglected to pay attention to the male/female adapter side of things and had to order another adapter. Probably not worth paying to have to ship back the wrong one.

Easy to order. Perfect again

i'm a bit of a techno-dunce, and impatient, but I'm able to hammer my way thru your website and even had a helpful chat with Jasmine; and managed to get the order & pay. (previous positive experience would suggest I'm off and running. ( I might add that a while ago I had a problem with one of the cartrides and you replaced it no questions, and easy-as-pie!!! thank you)
