NOT a pleasant experience. I had to call your center for clarification and it is not pleasant to deal with one of your center agents that argue with you. I explained to her that I hadn't placed the order from home and that I could not give her the old order # as I didn't have it with me. In a harsh tone she said if I didn't have the info, she couldn't help. I explained to her that it was OK, I could just go order it from someone else. I don't owe you folks anything but I also don't need an argument from your staff. I hope they are not all like HER. Lucky for me I don't have to deal with your employees often. I do my business online.

Products and prices are good, website is a terrible experience. I had a Dickins of a time getting toner and a cable into the cart. I put the toner in the cart then went to put the cable in the cart and the toner disappeared. I put the cable in the cart and then went back to put the toner in the cart and the cable disappeared. When I did manage to do it (as shown by the number in the cart icon at the top) I would click it to check out, and it would tell me the cart was empty. Email me to discuss

It was a little confusing. I ordered from Prime Cables but my receipt came from Shopper Plus and Paypal paid 123 Ink cartridges.

Good value, sometimes the toner cartridges don't give the full 6,000 impressions, and sometimes they have defects, but they are promptly replaced free of charge and free delivery. The toner cartridges do give very good blacks. Overall, I would recommend Shopper+ and 123 Toner cartridges.
