WOW. Just WOW!. I ordered on a Tuesday and got my Brother Laser cartridge and 20 ft HDMI cord in 2 days. The cord works perfectly (no video loss that I can detect from laptop to TV). The off brand of HP 932XL ink cartridges in which have purchased from you do not work in my printer. I keep getting a message saying to purchase the actual HP products . It has been at least over a year since I bought them so I know I'm unable to get a refund for them. Just wanted to pass the feedback onto you.
