sometimes it is very misleading for example in Brother LC75 New Compatible Ink Cartridges - G&G™ Specifications Page Yield Question mark Shelf Life Capacity Color Quantity Product Type Question mark 600 pages each colour 2 Years Same As OEM BK/C/M/Y 4 Ink Cartridge New Compatible now that capacity is OEM which is only yeild 300 pages so it is not correct i tried to phone and nobody picked up for 15 minutes i also tried live help and the message came up as "Our agents are unavailable right now. Sorry about that, but please leave us a message and we'll get right back." extreamly poor customer i have been a customer for a long time and you would like me to refer my friends to you? my next question what L79 cartgage what is the yeild on that? i would appriciate if your customer service would call me @905 *** **** My Order Confirmation No: 33888975
