Brenda J, New Brunswick, 07 février, 2017

My only complaint is with shipping through Canada Post. I have had items stolen by the person delivering parcels for Canada Post. They have even signed for me and said I signed. (It was definitely not my signature.) They should be advised to leave things between the door and to use the doorbell. My office is on the other side of the house and they are not ringing the doorbell or I would hear it. Otherwise your service is excellent. (I would be willing to pay to ship via Purolator.)

I did not see a readily available quick-checkout option to make a purchase without creating an account. It's a little suspicious.

Amzy D, Ontario, 07 février, 2017

It was hard to navigate your site.

Janice M, Ontario, 07 février, 2017

Bruce T, Alberta, 07 février, 2017

A little confusing for 1st time

Barry H, Ontario, 07 février, 2017

I had purchased some MOUSTACHE toner cartridges, and only 2 of the 4 of them worked in my printer. The other 2 created ink messes in my printer.

Robb D, Manitoba, 07 février, 2017

I was offered a store credit of 3.86. I clicked the Apply button but nothing changed :(

Yezdi T, Ontario, 07 février, 2017

As always, its easy to do and friendly.

Christopher M, Ontario, 07 février, 2017

So much easier that I thought. I love that you can just put in your printer and the ink cartridges are listed. Awesome! Wish I'd done this so much sooner. Thanks.

Marla E, Ontario, 07 février, 2017
