I had a problem with one cartridge. The instructions stated not to pull the plastic off until installed; however, when we tried that we could not get the plastic to remove so we attempted to remove it before installation and what a state! Toner everywhere! Other than that it has been great shopping!

Don't care for Canada Post shipping, I prefer Canpar Courier for Standard shipping, Canada Post takes to long.
