When I first checked on your site, I used my Model # of printer and it said you didn't have ink for that old printer. Then I used the ink numbers on your cartridges and it said "no ink". So I eventually found the printer I needed to use and ordered what I think is the right toner. therefore, I rated your company l number less than fantastic as I had to search awhile before I found it. Thanks for stocking this though.

Finally I am able to print my pictures from Africa. I couldn't print them because I couldn't afford the darn ink. I used other places for remanufactured ink and had only horrible success. Love that your a Canadian company too.

As a first time user, I had a question regarding a specific toner cartridge, however I was on hold for so long I eventually hung up. Website however, is quite comprehensive and I am hoping that I have chosen the correct cartridge.
